Waverly Residence

This traditional design home was an infill project on one of the few remaining un-built lots in all of La Jolla. The odd shaped narrow site dictated the layout of the home which includes 4 bedrooms suites and plenty of outdoor entertaining space.   The modern “farmhouse” styling carries throughout the home and gives a coastal warmth to all of the interior and exterior spaces.
