The Pointe Units

This multi-family project is located in Ocean Beach near Sunset Cliffs park.  The project revitalizes a dead corner of commercial zoned property that has been vacant for decades and reimagines it as a multi-family residential project providing both deed restricted affordable units and an emphasis on small affordable units.   The project hopes to provide much needed work force housing in an area where commercial struggles and the coastal contemporary design will be a signature building in the Ocean Beach area!
