This exciting project is a transformation and visionary project to provide 29 units of apartments in the heart of the commercial core of Pacific Beach, just a block and a half from the Ocean. The project includes smaller work for housing units and includes affordable units on site as well and includes a progressive material palette to use the Architecture to increase both the visibility of the project as well as the desirability.
