Magnolia Oaks

This project is a multi-family infill project of 44 total units in mostly single family homes nestled in an existing mature Oak grove outside of Napa Valley in St. Helena. The project is a landmark project for the area and is slated to meet LEED Platinum ratings for sustainability as the entire grove is being preserved and protected. The project also includes affordable housing and is the first project of it’s type in St. Helena.
