This new single family home project included a new 2 story main residence along with a detached 4 car garage and “man-cave” above as well as a pool cabana and parking for numerous vehicles on site. The owner, an avid off-road enthusiast, needed a large garage and parking space for working on his vehicles and wanted Entertainment areas that would not be impacted by those uses. The result is a multi-level home and yard to provide secluded privacy to entertaining as well as spacious room for the hobby uses as well.
