Holmwood Lane

This single-family Residence was a custom design located on the San Elijo Lagoon in coastal Solana Beach with commanding northern views to the ocean and lagoon. The project was designed to be prototypical “GREEN” home and was the first Green Point Rated home in Solana Beach. The design includes dozens of sustainable materials and features including recycled materials, on site generation and a net-zero affect on the Environment.
