Heritage at Ivanhoe

This 14 unit multi-family in-fill project in the Village of La Jolla includes 11 new units and 3 Historic rehabilitations of original turn-of-the-century La Jolla Beach cottages. The project proposes all new sustainable units; all modeled after the original beach cottages for style and character. Key features of the project beyond the preservation of three original cottages include preservation of numerous mature landscaping features – including a 100 year old canary palm and ocean view decks and common outside recreation spaces.
