Cortez Transitional

This project involved the renovation of a tired and dated Days Inn Motor lodge building purchased by the YWCA of San Diego along with the City of San Diego to create a new Family Transitional Housing center. Features included 50 rooms as well as a complete support facility with counseling, classrooms, kitchen and a dining hall to support the transitional program.
