Muirlands

This project maximized an oversized Panoramic ocean view lot and created a lot split to allow the development of two homes, each with panoramic views. With new Mediterranean designs for new homes of 8,000 and 5,000 square feet, the project maximized the setting and ocean views to create two elegant custom homes for the dramatic site.
