Big Bear

This project includes 32 units in a scenic 3 acre lot in Big Bear Lake. The design includes all duplex units to afford identity and maximum exterior walls to each unit. The three story units all feature 2 car garages, 3 bedrooms and a bonus loft. Many will have dramatic views of the lake, while being close to the winter ski slopes as well.
