Turquoise Street

This project is a sustainable urban in-fill project with 8 Residential Units and 4 Commercial units in Pacific Beach near the Ocean. The project developed an old auto service station lot into a unique “green” infill project that maximizes the density of the Site while still providing outdoor balconies and recreation spaces on the urban site.
