San Jose Place

This new 3 story modern home includes an amazing roof deck and pool on the very top of the 1,400 square foot ocean view home. The modern style was completed in cast in place concrete to meet the strict height limit while leaving room for the roof top pool and still creating an open plan on each level. The material was expressed throughout and reflects the modern styling requested by the internationally renown Photographer client.
