1704 Units

This Coastal project is in the heart of Pacific Beach located in a very walkable district close to all that makes Pacific Beach special. The 20-unit project revitalized a dead prominent corner and brought much needed affordable housing infill to the center of Pacific Beach. The project included 16 two-bedroom units and 4 one-bedroom units, along with a ground floor commercial space.
